We supply a broad line of high quality cable tray and ladder systems to the construction, electrical, telecommunications, and data-communication industries. We offer stainless steel, aluminum, mill-galvanized steel, hot-dipped galvanized, and PVC coated.

Kessab Steel offers the complete range of accessories required for the cable trays and ladders including: Covers, Junctions, Bends, Reducers, Couplers, Dividers, Cable Ties, Cantilevers, Brackets and all fixing & insulating accessories.

We additionally offer non-standard cable trays and ladders, manufactured upon our clients' specifications and requirements.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

At Kessab Steel LLC we fabricate sheet metal parts to your precise specifications. You can depend on Kessab Steel for assistance anywhere, from prototype and design to production run.

Using premium sheet metal fabrication technologies including Laser Cutting, Bending, Arc/Resistant Machines (MIG, TIG and Stick), Computer Generated Models and Simulations and other modern techniques used in the industry. We can administer a variety of manufacturing processes at any scale as well as offering CAD systems support

CNC Laser Cutting

Kessab Steel offers superior laser cutting service that can operate on a wide range of materials from mild steel and stainless steel to aluminum, brass and copper. With the ability to be applied to a diverse selection of products.

Our advanced laser cutting machinery is CNC operated. And with a (+1-) 0.03 mm precision tolerance, we offer a 6 meters (20 feet) cutting length and can handle materials ranging from 0.5 to 20 mm in thickness.

CNC Bending & Shearing

With multiple press breaks and guillotine shearing machines in our inventory, ranging from 1.5 to 4 meter (5 to 14 feet) in length, and 50 to 250 tons in capacity, Kessab Steel can handle any size order with a very flexible scheduling. Most of our machines are CNC operated, and are capable of performing multiple bends at different sizes and degrees in one sequence of operation, which will ensure a fast turnover and lower cost to our clients.

Additionally, we have a very wide range of punches and dies in our inventory, which will make us capable of executing the most challenging bending operations as per our client's requirement

CNC Turret Punching

With the latest turret punching technology, and because of our 3 operating machines capacity, Kessab Steel is very flexible in scheduling any scale of order. Our equipment enables us to provide quick turn prototyping and rapid start-ups. We can stage several types and sizes of materials to be punched for many different jobs in one setup. This continuous production reduces cost and increases productivity of our turret punching services.

Our turret punching machineries are CNC operated, and have a precision tolerance of (+/-) 0.03 mm. We offer punching services on sheets up to 1.25 x 6 meter (4 x 20 feet) in size, and can handle materials ranging from 0.8 to 6 mm. in thickness.

ARC/Resistance Welding

Through our manual operation process, Kessab Steel can weld a variety of materials such as stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum, ranging from I to 30 mm in thickness. We offer a wide variety of arc/ resistant services, including MIG, TIG and Stick welding.

Using only the most advanced equipment, including Miller TIG welders and Miller MIG welders, we ensure that our welding operations meet with high industry standards and can be applied to a wide range of industrial and commercial products.
